Development of your strength and stamina for more efficient mastering of the pole. The class program includes cardio, elements of circuit and power training. During the class you will use either a pole or other sport staff (weights, dumbbells, elastic bends). Suitable for all levels and helps the beginners to master the skills of holding themselves on the pole; advanced poledancers will enhance their “pole efficiency”.

Pole Freestyle

Development of skills to create combinations from tricks, spins, basic and unique transitions. The class purpose to make you feel free, to develop your own manner of performing and your individual style. The class ends up with improvisation in a circle where everyone is given a chance to show himself.
